HR Officer

We are looking for an HR Officer to join SANSUI NISEKO, you will be responsible for the employment process, including recruitment and orientation new employee.  

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, preparing personal files of the colleagues. 
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and that all the relevant immigration checks are carried out correctly. 
  • Updating policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management. 
  • Responsible for the on-the-job orientation for new hires. 
  • Updating salary and benefits information. 
  • Coordinating staff food festivals and entertainment programs. 
  •  Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. 

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English
  • Capable of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
  • Strong problem solving and result-oriented thinking.
  • Have high levels of attention to detail and integrity.
  • Driver License is required.
  • HR experience is a plus.

Employment Status

  • Year-round contract employment
  • Start date, negotiable.
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • Saturdays and Sundays off (Shift Applicable)
  • 110 days off a year
  • Annual paid leave days according to Japanese Labor Standard Law
